Purchaseware Area:

Signatures:

Any signature bought at Inny Sigs must have a link on it or around it to http://innysigs.innysplace.com/

No editing of the signature. That means, changing the color of eyes or deleting of the name to mass produce pieces for your friends

If the signature was created with tubes, it would be nice but not necessary to put the links to the other artists site with the siggy in your collection

Line Art:

You MUST have a tube license to tube my line art.

You MUST have a link back to my site.

You can create siggies from them that's obvious..lol

Please do not change the line art and claim them as your own.

You MAY move an arm or leg of the line art but you still can not claim it as your own...and I would LOVE to have a copy.

Do NOT post my lines in your membership area even if you bought the tube rights. You may tube them and post the tubes in membership area if you have a tube license.

You may NOT sell your finished tubes AS IS.

Tubes:

Tubes are sold as they are Please unless noted do not recolor of the tubes I offer.

Do not buy my tubes and claim them as your own to resell them.

You MAY NOT offer them up in your members area without permission.

You MUST link back to http://innysigs.innysplace.com on every page where my tubes are displayed

Members Area

Line Art:

You no longer have to have a tube license to tube my line art or as-is lineart there.

You MUST have a link back to my site.

Recolor License:

You must purchase a recolor license to be able to recolor my tubes.

You may ONLY recolor tubes I have created from my own lineart

You may NOT recolor tubes made from lineart from my memberships, this is in direct violation with their terms and with mine

As Is License

You MUST have an AS IS license to add my lineart to your membership area.

You may NOT claim this lineart as your own.

You MUST place your As Is license, linked back to http://innysigs.innysplace.com, on every page where my lineart is on your site.

If you create a special area for only my lineart, you may place your license, linked back, on the main page of the section.

You may NOT take collaborations or lineart I have purchased from others to put in your members area.

I reserve the right to add to, modify, or remove items from my terms at my own discretion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in compliance with my terms at all times.
